Coaching GROUPS

Our coaching groups are multi-week meetups for adolescents, teens and adults. The groups for adolescent and teenagers are open, can be joined at anytime and do not have to be attended every week. LCCA groups are intended to help our clients while allowing them to connect with others struggling with similar issues.

COACHING GROUPS

Conquering Codependency
(Adults)

This group will help you recognize the painful problems of codependency, as well as the compulsion to fix everyone and everything. We will be using the book Conquering Codependency by Pat Springle. 

Please take the "Am I Codependent?" quiz on our website. 

Cost: $25.00 per person per session. Payment in full prior to first session.

6 WEEKS TO OVERCOME ANXIETY, TRAUMA, DEPRESSION & GRIEF

This program is for you if:
-Y ou’re tired of struggling with anxiety, nervousness, or fears that hold you back
- You want to stop feeling depressed, numb, emotionally flat, or unmotivated
- You want to heal the traumas from your past that continue to haunt your present
- You have seemingly unfounded fears, anxiety, or behaviors that make little sense to you

We will be using Dr. Daniel G. Amen ‘s book/journals. This group will offer insight on the unique characteristics & needs of the female brain.. This group will address the issues women ask about the most including fertility, pregnancy, menopause, weight, stress, anxiety, insomnia, & relationships.

Adolescent & Teen Social Connection
Groups

Each week we will meet either at the office or at a local venue. This group is all about having fun, meeting new friends, learning new hobbies. These social connection groups are meant to help kids who struggle with social anxiety and struggle to make friends.

10-12 years old: FRIDAYS
13+ years old: SATURDAYS

Cost: $25.00 per person per session plus cost of event (when applicable)
